We love welcoming talented individuals who have a passion for our mission and vision to the team! Staff and leadership are very involved in the hiring process and time is taken to thoughtfully assess applications.
Submitting an application using the online system is the best way to ensure your materials are properly reviewed. If you are having trouble accessing a job posting or submitting your application, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Due to the large number of applications we are managing, general inquiries will not receive a response.
Case questions are used as a part of the hiring process for positions on the Research and Collaboration (R&C) team, specifically Associates, Senior Associates and Managers. These types of questions are used to assess a number of capabilities including: conceptual and analytical problem solving, structured thinking, and communication skills.
Case questions are not intended to test industry knowledge; instead they are designed to test your thinking process. It is important to have a structured approach, think out loud, and express your curiosity and creativity.
It is recommended you have pencil/pen and paper handy for phone and in-person interviews. We encourage you to seek out examples of general questions, which are readily available online
Summer internship opportunities are posted by the end of the calendar year to recruit interns for the following year. Positions are typically filled each year by March. All available positions can be found here. Internships are typically 11–12 weeks of full-time employment and a stipend is provided. Transportation and housing support are not provided with the exception of our Basalt office, where there is potential to rent and share a fully furnished apartment with another intern.
We invite all qualified students to apply for summer internships, however, given the nature of our project work, we have found the level of analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills necessary is better aligned with graduate-level studies.
Visas & Immigration
An international scope is essential to our work. We welcome outstanding foreign-national students and professionals to become part of our organization.
We will contact you for an interview if your background fits our needs. If you do not hear from us, know that we wish you the best in your career search.
