Framed views to the river capitalize on the incredible opportunity afforded by the site to connect occupants to the natural environment. Open office landscape supports natural ventilation and daylight and the workstations are held back from the windows to capitalize on thermal mass of the concrete floor, to reduce glare at the workstations, and to provide circulation along the windows.
