Ruosida is an associate at RMI, where she primarily works on the Reinventing Fire: China project and the following power sector engagement initiatives in China. Ruosida joined RMI in February 2015.
Before joining RMI, Ruosida worked for Energy Transition Research Institute, another NGO that focus on clean energy solution. She worked on the program that built forecast model for China power system in 2050, and estimated the maximum potential of renewable penetration in power system. The result of her work was published by WWF.
While perusing a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from University of Michigan, Ruosida interned in Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, and programed an Excel based apps to help users conduct decomposition analysis on industrial energy consumption. She also interned in Alliance to Save Energy supporting the promotion of high efficiency appliances.
